Hereâs How To Fix That Annoying Change In iOS 10
The new iPhone is here, and with a new iPhone, comes a new iOS. Everyone hates a new iOS, right?
Youâve grown to accept the new iOS. Itâs passable. Why would you want change? And the change takes up so much space on your phone.
The new iOS has a few changes, including a whole bunch of different fonts (much more noticeable than youâd think) some cool new texting features, some emojis look different and yada yada yada. iPhone stuff.
People are annoyed about one particular change, and it has to do with the home button and the magic fingerprint thing. So, before iOS 10 when unlocking your phone all you had to do was touch your finger on the home button and huzzah, youâre in.
And now for a complete ios10 review: It's problematic.

On the new iOS 10, you have to press the button before giving it your fingerprint. Apparently people are finding this frustrating as it makes the whole thing feel a bit slower. Yes, this is the definition of a first world problem.
Fear not, we here at helloU are all about offering solutions to problems - regardless of which world they reside in - so hereâs how to get it back to the way it was before.
Go to your settings, go to ‘Generalâ and then ‘Accessibilityâ and then ‘Home Buttonâ. Yes, real simple.
Once you find yourself in the ‘Home Buttonâ area of your settings, turn on the ‘rest fingerâ bit.
