Jaden Smith Has Been The Victim Of Suicide Hoax, Some Fans Thought He Was Dead

Type Jaden Smith into your Google bar and you’ll likely see news of his demise as the listed suggestions, just like I did…

If you’re a fan of his - or just of people being alive in general- this may have had you worried but the news is really at the hands of a hoax that’s been circling the internet for the best part of a month now. Jaden is alive and well.

The rumours of his suicide came to light when a video was uploaded to Facebook, showing him saying “goodbye” to his father, Will Smith. When you click the link, however, the page responsible asks permission to post from your account and the like and, recently, people have clocked that it’s popping up more now than usual.

Basically don’t click their links. Click ours.

Jaden has made no comment on the hoax but he really doesn’t need to since he was seen doing that thing that he loves doing - being alive - on Saturday with his girlfriend, Sarah Snyder (not to be confused with 50-year-old Batman vs. Superman director, and man, Zack Snyder).

Until he does make a statement, just remember this…

Maybe it was all down to an admin error on a celeb gossip site?
