Two Guys Secretly Spent The Night In IKEA, And Had A Pretty Great Time
Two Flemish YouTubers - Bakuna Matata - have pretty much lived the ultimate dream, and spent the night in their local IKEA.
Hiding in a wardrobe just as the store was about to close, they waited there for three hours (shirtless, because apparently it was hot), just to make sure that the coast was clear, and all staff had gone home for the night.
Around midnight, they emerged from their closet, and proceeded to have some fun. They tried out some of the beds, read books, and rated the whole experience out of 10.
They then got back into the wardrobe around 6am, and waited (for another three hours) until customers started arriving, so they could make their escape.
Pretty impressively, they did the whole thing without being detected. Check it out here:
We can’t help but wonder why they were whispering… There was no one else in the whole store (unless IKEA employs nightwatchmen, which we’re fairly certain they don’t), so they didn’t exactly need to keep their voices down…
Plus, if we had the whole of IKEA to ourselves, we’d probably run wild with the excitement of it all. We’d play on the kids’ soft play area (usually frowned upon for adults), we’d definitely have a game of hide and seek, and hey, we might even do some window shopping…
People online, in any case, seem to have loved the video, which has attracted a whole lot of “amazing”, “hilarious” and “awesome” comments.
