The Latest ‘Don’t Tell The Bride’ Wedding Is Another Shocker

It’s 2016 and everything seems to have gone up a notch.

Dating shows have evolved from being polite dinner dates to full blown picking-someone-by-their-genitals, Orlando Bloom went paddleboarding completely starkers and Donald Trump actually has a shot at becoming President of the USA.

Which is why it’s possibly unsurprising that when they brought back popular show ‘Don’t Tell The Bride’ for 2k16, it has definitely gone up a notch. And by ‘a notch’ we mean most of the brides have been reduced to hysterical tears, on multiple occasions.

The reason so many of us loved the show was because the men would pick something a bit wacky and weird, but in the end the woman would actually love the whole thing. Or, you know, at least one part of it. This new series, however, is leaving a little something to be desired if you were watching for a happy ending.

The initial wedding involved a groom who planned a wedding ceremony on a cramped commercial plane that flew in a circle over Manchester for his heavily pregnant bride, who told him frankly that the whole thing was ‘just sh*t’.

We all thought that they were just starting the series with a bang, and that the show would settle back into it’s normal routine quickly enough. Until the second episode saw a man hold the wedding in the sports hall of a college, make the guests eat from the canteen and designed a dress so bad the bride and her entire family cried when they saw it.

The next episode redeemed itself slightly despite being a wild west themed wedding, for a bride who has never shown an interest in cowboys, that made the mother of the bride cry. And not in a good way.

It has been revealed that there will be no shortage of tears for tonight’s episode, after the groom organised for the ceremony to be held in bumper cars on a car park he rented especially for the occasion. Fancy.

The bride, Kloe, is reduced to a sobbing mess when she realises she is supposed to get into a bumper car to go up the ‘aisle’ to her husband.

Loz Hollins, 36, from Staffordshire, had said he ‘really wanted to impress’ his future wife Kloe, 25, with his ‘fun’ plan for their wedding day but she just said she ‘hoped he didn’t make it into a joke’. It looks like he might have done just that.

“I don’t want to do this. Why has it done this? What the f***?” were her exact words as she sobbed to her mother and bridesmaids at the sight of the wedding Loz had planned for the pair.

It seems like the rest of the wedding wasn’t too dramatic, other than the groom flipping a coin to decide on a dress for his bride - but that’s classic Don’t Tell The Bride behavior.

But does she go through with it? The episode will be on tonight on Sky 1 at 9pm if you want to watch the nightmare unfold.
