Adele Was Totally Not Ready For This Fan’s Amazing Singing Voice

There’s something about Adele, probably her cockney accent, that makes her everyone’s favourite person. She belts out these touching and heartfelt tunes, but when she talks all of a sudden she’s a hilarious Londoner who swears all the time. What more could you want?

When she’s not forgetting her own lyrics, drinking tea, or swearing a whole bunch - she’s normally inviting fans on stage and just being generally relatable on her world tour, currently in America.

During her Los Angeles show on Tuesday night she pulled up an audience member onto the stage and offered her the microphone.

The girl in the video is 24-year-old Jamie Grace. Grace is actually a singer-songwriter herself and was nominated for a Grammy for Best Contemporary Christian Music Song in 2012. Little did Adele know who she’d brought up on stage.

When she hears Jamie’s voices, Adele tells her to sing more. “Sing more, sing anything” she insists.
