Tonight’s ‘Don’t Tell The Bride’ Is Set To Be Even Worse Than Last Week’s

In a recently released teaser of tonight’s episode of Don’t Tell The Bride, a pretty shocking ceremony has been revealed - and it’s left people wondering if the show is going to be all fail and no success following its move to Sky.

A show that gets men to organise an entire wedding on his own was always going to be filled with hilarious mistakes and awkward moments, but the part that made Don’t Tell The Bride so loveable in past seasons was that, in the end, the woman ended up loving whatever he had planned.

We’ve only seen one episode of the new season, but it’s already been dubbed the worst wedding in the history of the show. The groom organised a wedding held on a plane that flew in circles over Manchester, despite the fact his fiancée was pregnant. He forgot to write the actual ceremony, bought her a short £120 dress from the internet, and had a ‘full moon party’ themed reception.

He rented a skate park, and then spent far too much money on filling it with sand and neon plastic buckets. When she saw his reception efforts, his poor now-wife just told him, “babe it’s awful. It’s proper like sh*t.’

But then, she realises what his theme was, “the suit’s tacky, the dress is tacky, the flowers are tacky. At least you kept a link and it all ties in.”

Yikes.

But it turns out it can actually get worse, with this week’s groom deciding to ‘save money’ by forcing his bride to take her driving test on her way to the ceremony. Seriously.

And where exactly is she driving to? A local school hall, where her bridesmaids are dressed in school uniforms and the only thing on the menu for dinner is chicken nuggets.

So where did all the money go, you ask?

Not on the dress, because he decided to design it himself. We wont give any spoilers, but there were tears - and here is a very appropriate picture of their reaction to the dress:

Okay, and I can’t resist adding this very telling picture of the bride’s response to her frock:

Well, he can’t design dresses - but it seems he is capable of dropping £1,500 of the budget on his stag, and only £150 on his bride’s hen.

Tonight’s episode is going to be a pretty wild ride! Tune in to Sky 1 at 9pm to catch the drama.
