This Is What Damien Trotter From ‘Only Fools And Horses’ Is Up To Now

Time does this magical thing. It passes. But for most people, characters on TV show’s remain the same in our imagination, so seeing them actually grow up can come as a bit of a surprise. It’s like we magically forget that people age.

Do you remember the devil child Damien Trotter from Only Fools And Horses? Of course you do, who could forget the creepy little kid. He’s definitely grown up since we last saw him but he still looks quite terrifying.

Benjamin Smith, who played Damien in the classic British sitcom, just has a certain look about him. Damien was the only child of Raquel and Del boy, and his uncle Rodney genuinely thought he was the spawn of satan.

Since leaving the drama, Benjamin has ditched the gold chains and picked up quite a severe buzzcut. He has since appeared in BBC drama The Accused, Holby City (of course), Doctor Who and several others.

He also ventured onto Eastenders back in 2008, appeared in Channel 4’s hit show Skins and showed his face as a guest role in E4’s Misfits.

Most recently he has starred in Channel 4’s police comedy-drama, No Offence, which debuted in 2015 and has been renewed for a second series.

 

Despite growing up and taking on different roles, he still looks very… Damien. Sorry Benjamin!
