Sessions vary in time. Some people come for an hour each week, others for 2 hours every 2 weeks. It depends on you and your life-space and the nature of your issue or aim. Generally, issues are resolved after 10-18 hours of therapy, though sometimes it does take longer. We also complete a follow-up session after a period of time to ensure your continued well-being.
If you are considering therapy it is vitally important that you find someone to work with whom you feel you can trust and feel comfortable with. To help you with this decision our initial discussion is complementary. This can take place via telephone but works best face to face, and there’s no obligation if you don’t want to proceed or if it’s not appropriate for us to work together.
