These Homemade Detox Foot Pads Can Cleanse Your Body’s Toxins Overnight
It’s Sunday and you have had one willlllddd, old weekend. How do I rid myself of all the horrors I’ve put inside my body, you ask yourself? Well, what if there was a cure for all the alcohol-based regret?
Well little ones, the wonderful people of Japan may have just come up with the perfect homemade cure for those end-of-weekend woes. All you need is some bare feet, household veggies, boiling water and some self-stick gauze pads. You’d been looking for a use for those for ages, hadn’t you?
Simply grab an onion, garlic and some water. Bung them all into a pan, finely chopped, and boil for 10 minutes. If you have some tomatoes, mince and spaghetti you could even make a nice spag bol at the same time? Once the garlic/onion mix is boiled, take it off the heat and leave to cool for 20 minutes.
Once cold, pour some of it onto the self-stick gauze pads. If there is too much liquid be sure to squeeze it out, as it’s important the pad isn’t super wet or it won’t stick. Eat your spag bol and do the washing up, then place the pad at the centre of your feet, and put on some cozy socks to secure them in place.
Get into bed, and dream sweet detoxed dreams because you’re about to wake up with all the toxins sucked out of you. If you’re lucky you might wake up with a pad that looks a little like this…
Better out than in, eh?
