Sleep, the one part of the day that we all seem to love but remember very little about.

Do you go to bed and stick a foot outside your blanket without really thinking or being conscious that you’re doing it? It could be because it helps you sleep better, because it does. 

In this video, by New York Magazine, the Science of Sleep Institute (now there’s a place that we’d let experiment on us) reveals that if you sometimes struggle to sleep the key to nodding off can be as simple as sticking a foot outside your blanket.
